The Olympic Dream

Recently retired from professional football after receiving a career ending shoulder injury, Jean-Nicolas wasn't ready to hang up his cleats and call it quits as an elite athlete. In the year it took to heal from his injury, it didn't take long to conjure up a new goal for himself. So he traded in his football cleats for track spikes, and started to train to become a push athlete for the Canadian National Bobsled Team.

This site is meant to chronicle Jean-Nicolas' journey as he trains to become one of Canada's national level amateur athletes and a chance to participate at the Sochi 2014 Winter Olympic Games. Follow along, and candidly share in the elation of his triumphs, and the trials of his hardships. Help him reach his goal, and become part of an awesome story!
